Online Learning Access Guidelines and User Agreement

  1. Introduction
    • Our self-paced online learning website is here to support your growth and learning journey.
    • It’s designed to make gaining knowledge easier and more flexible for you, while also keeping your information, our systems, and company data safe and secure.
  2. Access and Account Use
    • Access to the learning platform is strictly through your official company email account.
    • Sharing login details with others (inside or outside the company) is not allowed. Each employee is responsible for keeping their account secure.
    • If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, report it immediately to the IT or Training and Development Coordinator.
  3. Learning Guidelines
    • Employees MUST complete the modules at their own pace, within the timelines provided by the Training and Development.
    • Respectful use of the platform is expected at all times. Do not upload, share, or post inappropriate content.
    • Completion of modules, Test, and activities will be tracked to support training records and certifications.
  4. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
    • In compliance with RA-10173 also known as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. BAMC Applied Learning Institute recognizes its responsibility to secure and protect the collected information from the participants.
    • Your personal data and privacy are important to us. BAMC Applied Learning Institute assures all participants that the personal data you provide us will be handled properly and protected at all times.
    • As part of the training program we provide, gathering of personal information is necessary. We will be collecting personal information through online registration form to fill out needed for the training.
    • There may be instances when your personal information will be shared to accredited government and private institution for a specific purpose we will ensure that your information is handled properly.
    • Your personal information is valuable to us and as such as we ensure that it is protected from possible threats, both online and offline. BAMC Applied Learning Institute has established the employed trained personnel to ensure that your data is safe and secured.
    • When your personal information is deemed to be no longer necessary for the intended purpose for which it as obtained, we will dispose of it in a secure manner that would prevent it form further processing, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
  5. System Updates and Improvements
    • From time to time, the system may undergo updates or improvements to enhance your learning experience (e.g., new features, security patches, design changes).
    • You will be notified in advance through your company email about scheduled updates or downtime.
    • If you encounter issues after an update, you may follow these steps:
      • Refresh or clear your browser cache.
      • Check your internet connection.
      • Contact the IT Helpdesk or Training Team for support.
    • Temporary disruptions may happen during updates, but solutions will be communicated promptly.
  6. Responsibilities of Employees
    • Use the platform honestly—do not attempt to bypass or manipulate assessments.
    • Protect your login credentials as you would protect other company systems.
    • Provide feedback on technical issues or suggestions to help us improve the system.
  7. Agreement and Acceptance
    • By logging in with your company email and using the self-paced online learning website, you:
      • Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow this Guidelines and Agreement.
      • Consent to the collection and use of your data as described above.
      • Accept that violations of this agreement may result in restricted access, retraining, or administrative action, depending on the situation.
