- How do I log in to the training website / Learning Course?
- Visit https://training-adventisthealth-bcd.com/ and Log-in or Sign-up using your adventisthealth-bcd.com email address and choose the training you want to access.
- For new users: Log in using via google and use your company email address and enable the 2 Factor authentication.
- Can I use my personal email to register?
- No, The course can be access after you log in to your account using your johndoe@adventisthealth-bcd.com email and enter your password for inhouse related trainings.
- What should I do if I forget my password?
- If you forgot your company email password, try signing in with Google and make sure your corporate email has 2-Factor Authentication enabled. You can reset your password directly through your Google account. If you need more help, please contact the IT Department for assistance.
- Why can’t I access the site even if I’m using my company email?
- If you can’t access the site even with your company email, first check your internet connection, try opening it in another browser, or copy and paste the link directly into your browser. If it still doesn’t work, clear your browser cache and make sure your account is already activated. For further help, reach out to our IT or Training Team.
- Make sure that the default email address is the company email.
- Where can I find and download my course certificate after completing the course?
- You can view and download your certificate at the bottom part of your completed modules.
- Or, go to your profile, click on ‘Edit Profile,’ then scroll down to the Course Info section. From there, you’ll be able to view and download your certificate.
- Why haven’t I received my certificate even after completing the online modules?
- Some courses require face-to-face training in addition to the online modules. Your certificate will only be released once you have successfully completed the face-to-face requirement.
- Review the memos and requirement of the respective courses.
LEARNING MODULES & COURSES
- How do I enroll in a course?
- Click the course from the “Training courses” you wish to take. Click “Enroll Now” below to start the course.
- What if I can’t proceed to the next module?
- Make sure you click the “Mark Complete” button before you can move on. This ensures the system records your progress.
- Go back to the module you just finished, scroll down to the bottom, and click ‘Mark Complete.’ The next module will only unlock once this is done.
- If there is a video, make sure you have fully watched the video without interruption before clicking “Mark Complete”.
- Are the modules self-paced, or do they have deadlines?
- All modules are self-paced, and must be completed before the deadlines. Check the course details, memos or announcements for deadlines.
- Can I retake a module or quiz if I don’t pass on the first try?
- Yes. You can usually retake test and review the modules until you achieve the passing score. If retakes are limited, it will be clearly indicated in the course instructions.
- Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?
- Yes. Once you successfully complete the required modules, you’ll be able to download your certificate of completion. Review the Memos and Training details if that training have other specific requirements for completion.
- How do I know if I’ve completed all the requirements?
- Your dashboard will show your progress. Once all modules, test, and evaluations are completed, the course will be marked as “Completed” or “100% Complete”.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- What should I do if a video or activity does not load properly?
- First, refresh the page. If it still doesn’t work:
- Check your internet connection.
- If the problem continues, please contact IT Support and Training and Development.
- Who do I contact if I encounter a technical issue?
- How do I fix slow loading or login problems?
- Check your internet speed, use a recommended browser, and close any other applications using bandwidth. Clearing your cache/history may also help.
DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY
- What personal information does the system collect about me?
- The system records your name, company email, training progress, test results, and completion status. No sensitive personal details (like passwords or financial data) are stored.
- How is my learning progress tracked?
- Your progress is automatically recorded by the system whenever you complete a module, test, or course activity.
- Who can see my training results?
- Your results are visible only to you, the Training and Development Team, and your department head and other Government Regulating bodies required for compliance and reporting.
- Is my data safe on this platform?
- Yes. The system follows company data privacy standards, and your information will only be used for training and development purposes.
SYSTEM UPDATES & NOTIFICATIONS
- Will I be notified if there are system updates or downtime?
- Yes. You’ll receive advance notice through your company email and the announcements section on the training website.
- What should I do if I experience errors after a system update?
- First, refresh the page or clear your browser cache/history. If problems continue, report the issue to IT Support and Training and Development.
- Where can I find the announcements about the new features or training courses?
- Updates will be given through your Department Managers or watch out for notices sent to your company email.
OTHER QUESTIONS
- Can I suggest a new topic or course for the training website?
- Can I access the training website outside of office hours?
- Yes. The system is available 24/7, so you can learn anytime that works best for you.
- Does completing the modules affect my performance evaluation?
- If a course has a deadline and you don’t complete it, you and your department manager will be notified. You may be required to visit the office will be given the opportunity to explain their non-compliance to the training. You are also to re-enroll and complete the course in a given time frame.
